It is quite a straight forward set-up which involves mixing ambient light in with flash.
Equipment used - Nikon D3, Sb800, Pocket Wizards II.
Process: find out the shutter speed for the ambient light (the light that is there already)
Then add in SB800 through a shoot through umbrella in and see what power is needed to balance it out.
The end result is shown below:
